BIR Convention Singapore: As early bird registration deadline approaches, registrations soar!

With the 21 March deadline approaching, convention registration has been extremely busy over the last weeks.

More than 700 participants
have registered so far, which is a record compared to any previous convention at the same moment in time. Our room allotment at the The Shangri-La is now fully booked, but conference organiser MCI will be able to accommodate all room requests in the vicinity of the convention hotel.

If you still want to register at our advantageous ‘early bird’ fees, please do so before Monday, 21 March 2011.

For those who are interested in finding out who is registered, BIR Gold Members can consult the attendance list straight away in the Convention pages of the BIR website. This list will be made available to all BIR members as of 9th May.

To date, 10 companies have taken advantage of our excellent sponsorship packages to promote their products and services during our global recycling business forum. Please have a look at the remaining packages to see whether something suitable might be in there for you.

Potential exhibitors
should also sign up as quickly as possible with exhibition stands and hospitality booths selling at a very fast pace.

High-profile guest speakers
For the commodity sessions and the General Assembly, BIR has successfully secured a number of high-profile guest speakers, which we will announce in detail over the coming weeks.

Upcoming announcements:
- Keynote speaker Ferrous Division
- Two guest speakers for Stainless Steel & Special Alloys Committee
