Update on Confirmed Speakers

As our upcoming international recycling event is coming closer, we are approaching our target attendance figures from BIR’s 69 member countries with a large number of Indian and Middle Eastern companies confirming their presence.

Our international recycling exhibition is almost sold out and many sponsors have taken up our promotional packages to increase their visibility.

The Speaker Programme is in the course of completion, and the following additional guest speakers have confirmed their participation:

• Markus Moll, Managing Director of SMR (Steel and Metals Market Research), Austria, will give a guest presentation at the Stainless Steel &  Special Alloys Committee on Monday, 18 May 2015 at 14.00, putting a special emphasis on the main trends on the international stainless steel markets.

• In the E-Scrap Committee meeting on Tuesday, 19 May 2015 at 17.00, Klaus Hieronymi (Global Resource Efficiency strategies) of Hewlett Packard will speak on “Developments in IT and Mobility Impacting Recycling”, and Andrea Sarudi (Program Manager Environmental Affairs) of IBM will introduce the “IBM End-of-Life Management Program – Experiences and Challenges in MEA Countries and in the Middle East”.
