India: update of list of pre-shipment inspection agencies

On 4^th February, DGFT has updated their list of approved pre-shipment inspection agencies for melting scrap by publishing the names of agencies delisted from Appendix 5 of the Handbook of Procedures Vol-I (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms) 2009-2014.

19 agencies were delisted (see Public Notice no. 27^th/2009-2014 (RE-2010)) and two temporarily suspended (see Policy Circular No. 16 (RE-2010)/2009-2014).
