Shedding light on the ITC

Last year, the BIR President Dominique Maguin initiated the International Trade Council (ITC) under the stewardship of Robert Voss. This Council is not Division-specific but serves to address the various issues our industry faces in the course of our business. I've invited Robert to write a guest column in this month's Mirror, and it appears below.
