Fraudulent Websites

The BIR secretariat has been informed by a number of members that their company name and details have been fraudulently used on a number of trade websites by third parties in an attempt to defraud potential buyers and sellers.

We suggest that any member who experiences any such activity, reports it immediately to the website concerned and has those details removed.

We also recommend them to inform the cyber-crime unit of the Police.
