Our positive metals industry role
The expansion of the world’s economies continues to provide a positive and supportive backdrop for non-ferrous metals. While localized demand disruptions and seasonal slowdowns sometimes serve to temper needs on a spot basis, those in the non-ferrous sector can be thankful that it’s possible for us to sell just about everything that we can buy. Historically, this hasn’t always been the case, and it speaks positively about our role in the metals industry as a whole.
Sustainability is always a balancing act. We compete with primary metals for market share on the one hand, with geographical and political implications on the other.
